Demonstrates Bernoulli effect. A jet of air supports a ping-pong ball. It is stable because if it moves to one side the higher pressure on the slower-moving side pushes it back. With care you can tilt the air flow quite far over, maybe 45 degrees, before the ball falls. Before class, experiment with the best air velocity.
