Day 8: July 16th
This morning, two rapidly moving and information loaded discussions. The first discussion was on special relativity, while the second was about the standard model of particles. this was followed by a presentation from Dr. Charlie Johnson, director of the Nano-Bio Interface Center on Penn's campus and an expert in working with carbon nanotubes. In the afternoon, students heard from Dr. Bob Johnson, a computational physicist and director of the undergraduate laboratories and then they went to the labs to do their exonential investigations.
