The chapter held it's 4rd annual banquet at the Willow Grove Moose Lodge Saturday evening, November 4, 2006, 6:00 to 10:00 PM.

The banquet speaker, Dr. Frank Plucinsky, presented a video and slide presentation on why "I Love the West". Frank Plucinsky is a long time flyfisherman, TU member (Tulpehocken Chapter) and a wonderful photographer. He gave a really nice presentation on why he loves the American West, especially the Rockies. He held everyone's attention throughout his presentation with beautiful photos and interesting anecdotes.
